i mean i kinda see where people are coming from, the VA levels are no where near as good as Japanese VA's and the language is very different.

The problem is chinese has a really difficult to discern pronounciation which makes almost everyword sound like the same. For me all I hear is Shi shi shi most of the time but I've watched enough Chinese anime to tune out the audio entirely and just go off the subtitles (even though they are so bad most of the time).

yep. As long as you're not being rude about it no issue. It's definitely something you need to adjust too. My friend started watching a lot of Chinese anime on Netflix and he was able to get used to it pretty quickly.

Ima be rude about it; Chinese anime is garbage. I’ve never once seen good animation from a Chinese anime series. It’s either terrible CG or terrible 2D and the only exception to this is movie productions. The lips never sync and the color pallets are atrocious—makes it seem like they used decades-old technology to animate. Even the voice acting is more weak than not and I’m a native Chinese speaker.

Yes, it’s atrocious. The animation’s serviceable but the plot makes no sense. The story seemed like it was written by someone who’d never played a MMORPG in their life. The MC was a former “MMORPG pro”—which doesn’t exist because MMORPGs don’t have esports as victory boils down to who has the best gear, not who can play the game the best. One of the ways the MC was able to ascend the ranks was him finding some hidden treasure that no one else knows about—which again, makes no sense considering everything about a popular game is always documented.
